Tyler - H.S. Senior

When I was setting up my business, almost a year ago now, I went through a law firm for some of the details to make sure I did the important stuff correctly. Tyler's mom was on the firm's staff and we communicated quite a bit.

I did some pictures for the firm and she contacted me to take his senior pics in early August. I went to their place, where they have done a really nice job fixing up an old home. I admire this because my husband and I have just begun a similar adventure. They had some neat fields, equipment, barns and even some chickens roaming around (although they didn't pose with Tyler). This was a fun session!

Thanks Tyler and good luck this year!

Jess and Lindey

This couple is getting married on Saturday. They had an engagement session included in their wedding package, but a few things kept pushing it closer and closer to the wedding day. I can't wait for their wedding. They were great to work with!

Cookies

It's been awhile since I've had the time to do a blog on cooking! Usually I make cookies at Christmas and then just when my husband requests them. I am terrible at making chocolate chip cookies and have no idea why. However, these chocolate, peanut butter chip cookies were a cinch! The recipe is on the back of the Reese's PB Chip bag. Mmmmm....

Jess and Ed - 8.14.2010

Jess and Ed were married in Pittsburgh this past weekend. You could tell this bride and groom were absolutely smitten with each other!

Thanks for having us there!

Mikala and Caleb

I had the pleasure of photographing this brother and sister today. I don't know if life gets much better than 7 and 9 years old!

This dress was so sweet on her and her mom made it!

This is just a touch of Caleb's fun, boyish personality.

Plus, they had these sweet kittens who were super soft and cute. You could tell the kids love them.

So much fun! Thanks!
